What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and people-centric HR Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner leading employee relations efforts fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will oversee an HR team including an HR Generalist and an HR Administrator to deliver high-impact support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or conflicts ensuring fairness consistency and alignment with legal requirements and company values.
  • Maintain and update HR policies employee handbooks and practices in compliance with federal state and local labor laws.
  • Advise leaders on performance management corrective actions and terminations.

Team Management & Development

  • Provide day-to-day leadership guidance and support to the HR Generalist and HR Administrator.
  • Foster the professional growth and development of direct reports through coaching feedback and performance reviews.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring high standards of HR service delivery.

HR Operations & Generalist Support

  • Oversee core HR functions including onboarding offboarding and records maintenance.
  • Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes and compensation data.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends improve programs and drive decisions.

Strategic Support

  • Support the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership on other HR Partners around workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
  • Participate in internal HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR team around internal employee communications.

You have:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
