We are looking fora dynamic Product Managerto drive the growth of our Romanian e-commerce business end-to-end from business strategy and technical development to daily collaboration with teams and key merchants.
Your Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce growthin Romania
- Continuous increase in number of new merchants product portfolio and overallprofitability.
- End-to-end process setup
- Optimization and setup of e2e processes in collaboration with the development team.
- Cross-functional coordination
- Daily collaboration with marketing logistics finance and local sales teams.
- Merchant support
- Product setup consultations for top merchants.
- Typical product management tasks
- Backlog management user stories roadmap planning stakeholder coordination reporting.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (preferably in web/e-commerce).
- Proven knowledge of the Romanian e-commerce landscape(key players payment/logistics specifics regulations).
- Experience with agile developmentand tools like JIRA or similar.
- Fluent English (B2) and Romanian (min. B2) daily contact with local partners.
- Analytical mindset ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets).

- Solid numbers: new merchants onboarded portfolio growth launch of new services.
- Optimized checkout process (1 percentage point conversion increase).
- Support for the local sales team that results in at least 2 new strategic merchants.

Optimizarea i configurarea proceselor e2e mpreun cu echipa de dezvoltare.
Coordonare cross-funcional
Colaborare zilnic cu echipele de marketing logistic financiar i vnzri locale.
Sprijin pentru comerciani
Consultan n configurarea produselor pentru comercianii strategici.
Activiti clasice de product management
Gestionarea backlog-ului user stories planificarea roadmap-ului managementul stakeholderilor raportare.
Cerine obligatorii
- Minimum 3 ani de experien ca Product Manager (web/e-commerce).
- Cunoatere dovedit a pieei e-commerce din Romnia(juctori principali particulariti de plat/logistic legislaie).
- Experien practic n dezvoltare agili utilizarea unor instrumente precum JIRA.
- Englez fluent (B2) i romn minim B2 comunicare zilnic cu parteneri locali.
- Gndire analitic capacitate de a lucra cu date (Excel / Google Sheets).
