Our Client is a family-owned business dedicated to producing and selling high-quality health supplements and vitamins.
Were looking for a reliable highly organizedExecutive Assistantto support the Owner/General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. This is a key role where youll wear many hats ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment & has a passion for health.
THE POSITION
- Coordinate with suppliers distributors and internal team members
- Assist with order tracking invoicing and logistics coordination
- Draft emails reports and internal documents
- Support marketing campaigns social media content planning and product launches
- Handle administrative tasks (document filing travel bookings expense tracking)
- Keep things running smoothly when the GM is away or busy
THE PERSON
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion professionalism and problem-solving
- Tech-savvy: confident using email spreadsheets online tools etc.
- Bonus: interest in health wellness and/or natural supplements
Location: Chalandri
Full time 5 days/week office work
