As a Junior Applications Developer and Data Analyst youll be a key player in our centralised ICT data support team. This is more than just a support roleits a launchpad for your career in tech.
What youll be doing
- Support the ICT team with data management analysis and reporting to drive smarter business decisions.
- Work with tools like Microsoft SQL Server Python and Power BI to uncover insights and build visualisations.
- Develop your skills in full stack development including frameworks like Django.
- Collaborate across departments to understand their data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Assist your manager on cross-functional projects helping to build strong relationships with internal clients and ensuring high-quality delivery.

What youll bring
- We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT data and development whos looking to build a career in this field.
- Qualifications: Youll have GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) and an A-level in Computer Science Information Technology Maths or a related field.
- Technical Skills: An interest in programming languages and frameworks such as SQL Python R and Django.
- Experience: An interest in and some exposure to data analysis and/or database management.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and collaboration abilities and a keen interest in continuous learning and improvement.
- Youll be a team player with strong communication skills able to manage multiple tasks but retain attention to detail. An analytical mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.
