As Head of Talent Acquisition you will own and evolve the full talent acquisition strategy across all departments. You will lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition Partners and work close to our C-level and managers.
This is both a strategic and operational role you will be expected to think big while executing effectively.
MISSION
Define and lead the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned with our business plans and ambitions
- Partner with hiring managers and C-levels to identify hiring needs
- Strengthen workforce planning close to HRBPs
- Challenge our sourcing methods (internal or external)
- Lead Employer strategy to attract top talents across Europe
Oversees Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Operations
- Oversees the recruitment process ensuring best-in class experience
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications and People to create content and campaigns
- Advise and coach hiring managers on recruitment methods succession plan
- Build strong partnerships with HRBP HR Ops Finance
- Manage budget and forecasts
Build develop and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
- Build your high performing team with various profiles and experience
- Develop your people : D&I policy IA in recruitment automation.
- Be identified as best in class recruitment organization
Lead innovative projects in sourcing candidate experience
- Enhance scalable data driven recruiting process
- Identify opportunities for automation in recruitment
- Accelerate on employee advocacy projects
- Propose and deploy key projects : graduate program
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (8 years) in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced or scaling organizations.
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics tools (ATS CRM) and employer branding tactics.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for people growth and making an impact through great talent.
