With our sales volume we are looking to increase leadership on the sales floor by hiring a floor manager that can help stream line our sales process. This is your chance to help lead one of the most dynamic and fastest growing Powersports dealerships in Pittsburgh.
Candidates must have a proven track record leadership skills and the ability to help develop a sales team. Our revolutionary sales process is all about creating a better powersports buying experience; with employees who love what they do!
Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Must be capable of leading a team of 6 9 sales personnel.
- Hands-on desking structuring closing deals and overcoming objections
- Manages vehicle inventory appraisals and reconditioning
- Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the sales process
- Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
- Tracking all customers and making sure all leads are logged along with effective follow up for all potential buyers by monitoring a sales CRM system
- Meet every customer before they leave
- Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
- Ensure that all sales people meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls appointments ups and closes
- Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
- Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits goals and expectations
- Leading daily sales meetings and conducting weekly sales training exercises
- Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles
Floor Manager Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent managerial skills
- High energy outgoing and the ability to train and coach a team
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation/closing skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
