Job Description
Bridge to Home Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist
Locations: Birkwood Village Fort Madison Iowa and Montrose Health Center Montrose Iowa
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Lead therapeutic exercises and monitor recovery progress
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehab techniques and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain clinical records
- Apply therapy modalities and ensure patient-centered care
