Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedCall Center Representativeto join ourService Departmentteam. This full-time position is scheduledMonday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM withevery other Saturday or every Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in for service support or scheduling needs.
In addition to handling inbound calls scheduling service appointments and assisting with general service inquiries this role also includescashiering responsibilitiessuch as processing payments and finalizing service transactions. You will also assist customers withrental vehicle coordination ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout their service visit.
