Job Description

Get to Know Our Team

The Singapore Commercial team shapes and grows Grabs business in Singapore contributing to our vision of being Southeast Asias superapp by delivering everyday services that matter most to consumers.

We focus on developing business strategies that help us serve our community particularly by growing the accounts of F&B businesses across GrabFood. By building close partnerships with merchants we create plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across Grabs services such as GrabExpress GrabPay and GrabAds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential merchants to drive growth for GrabFood.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on increasing profitability GMV and delivery volumes.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grabs verticals such as GrabPay GrabAds and GrabExpress.
  • Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue.
  • Address merchant feedback resolve concerns and ensure operational excellence through tailored solutions and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting marketing support and product enhancements for merchants.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Proven experience in account management business development or a related field
  • Ideally with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with F&B businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
