Our Hub Assistants provide a high standard of customer service assistance and advice across a wide range of enquiries helping current and prospective students to successfully navigate aspects of their student journey at the University of Auckland. Our team of Hub Assistants operate in a front-facing role being the first point of contact for our services.

Vacancy 1
Hours: 12PM-6PM Monday and 8AM 4PM Tuesday to Friday
Type: Fixed-Term position until May 2026
Vacancy 2
Hours: 8AM -4PM Monday to Wednesday and 9AM-5PM Saturday-Sunday
Type: Permanent position
Vacancy 3
Hours: 2PM 10PM Thursday and 2PM 8PM Friday to Sunday
Type: Permanent position
Grafton Hub Opportunity
Hours: 26 hours working Tuesday- Sunday evenings and weekends
Type: Permanent position
We are also recruiting for casual positions here.
The salary range for this role is $50700 - $55000 per annum depending on experience and qualications.

Our Recruitment Process
We are conducting a volume recruitment process that includes a group activity and individual interviews. Both parts of the recruitment process will take place on Monday 18th August 2025 or Tuesday 19th August 2025. Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend the group interview on these days.
The start date for all roles is 22 September 2025. A two-week induction and training programme will follow primarily based at the City Campus and running from 9:00am to 5:00pm each day.
