Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Operate POS systems and manage daily cash flow.
- Ensure correct billing for all products/services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions receipts and cash register balances.
- Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
- Follow all hotel policies regarding cash handling and guest service.
- Prepare daily cashier reports and submit them to accounts or relevant departments.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a cashier preferably in a city hotel or F&B outlet.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
- Trustworthy punctual and well-groomed.
