Job Description
Verisure Deustchland is seeking a talentedFinancial Planner and Analysis Manager to provide support during the parental leave from 15th December 2025 to 15th March 2026 (approx. return date). The role will report directly to the Financial Director and will be based in the Headquarters in Ratingen-Dsseldorf Germany.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Monthly Closing analysis and reporting.
- Oversee FC calculation and ensure accuracy.
- Perform Variance Analysis over Business Units (vs BU vs FC) throughout the month.
- Ensure Internal Control processes are adhered to.
- Lead and manage a team consisting of 2 controllers 1 FP&A Analyst and 1 Data Analyst.
- Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
- Maintain and nurture close collaboration with the accounting team ensuring alignment and efficiency.
We are looking for someone who can step in seamlessly and ensure continuity throughout the leave period. The successful candidate will be required to join 1-2 month closings prior to the leave to gain a full understanding of the processes and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualification and profile
- Previous full working experience in similar role (Preferably 1-2 years).
- Solid experience with FC calculation and monthly closing analysis.
- Proven Financial Analysis experience (preferably 4-5 years).
- Universitydegree Finance Business Administration or Economics.
- Strategic and Analytical and Teamwork skills.
- Proficient or native level of Englishand German nice to have.
