In this position
- Launched during summer 2023 Ford Integrated Services is creating and marketing new customer experiences to allow Fords retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before. By integrating hardware software and services across Ford Blue Model e and Ford Pro our portfolio of products and services will only grow better over time.
- Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function the way people interact with them and the value those vehicles provide.
- Looking for an energetic candidate to join Integrated Services Finance supporting the growing high-visibility Secure business. In this position you will expand your business acumen through product ownership involvement in accounting close activities and financial analysis and presentations.
Responsibilities
What youll do
- Provide leadership on monthly accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials including validation of offerings coordination of journal entries and development of presentation materials
- Own the forecasting actuals and planning process for structural cost & subscription revenue
- Support changes in accounting practices to adapt to financial reporting structures and new product offerings providing an opportunity for white space thinking and continual process improvement
- Manage reporting of key business physicals & support development of future projections
- Work with operating partners to develop workplans communicate timely financial forecasts with variance explanations and develop business cases / analysis to support management decisions
- Seek ongoing process improvements to improve work efficiency and drive value
- Develop meaningful insight and trust with business and finance leadership to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Youll have
- Bachelors degree with an emphasis on finance economics or a similar field preferred
- 2 years of experience in Finance
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to drive financial analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including being comfortable presenting financial results
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

- A continuous improvement mindset and are a detail-oriented self-starter
- Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task in fast paced environment
- Experience with SAP and financial forecasting tools
