Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Raw Material Coordinator to manage the procurement inventory and logistics of raw materials essential to our R&D processes. This role ensures that materials are available in the right quantity at the right time to support uninterrupted operations.

Essential Functions

Comply with company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate the ordering receiving and inventory control of raw materials for our Corporate Technology research team.

Maintain accurate records of material usage and stock levels.

Collaborate with other business units as needed for material needs.

Develop an awareness of supplier lead times and delivery schedules to prevent delays.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory or material quality.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material handling and supply chain efficiency.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in materials coordination inventory management or procurement is a plus but not necessary.

Knowledge in or the ability to learn SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong communication abilities across various levels of the business.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle weights up to 50lbs.

Self-motivated with job ownership and the desire to drive efficiencies.

Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift.
