The Human Resources Manager plans coordinates and directs the human resources functions at the facility and supports leaders in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting selection and onboarding of new staff; support training performance management and corrective action processes for employees; partner with facility leadership on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the facilities management and its employees. This position develops effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe positive productive and engaging work environment. The Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Union plant must be able to be flexible with hours requires at least 2x a week to be present for off shifts
5% Travel
This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.
