Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business servicing mid-market accounts across various industries.
- Handle all aspects of account management including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Erie Travelers Auto-Owners and Liberty Mutual to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Utilize AMS software to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless account servicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
- Work closely with a team of professionals in the Commercial Lines department to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management software and familiarity with carriers such as Erie Travelers Auto-Owners and Liberty Mutual.
- Soft Skills: Well-spoken determined energetic knowledgeable and adaptable.
