Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (5 Days Onsite)
Salary: 45-65k
We are a well-established independent insurance agency with two convenient office locations in Summerset and Newark New Jersey. Our mission is to provide personalized insurance solutions with a strong focus on customer care and community connection. We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Lines CSR to join our team and support our growing client base.
The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to our personal lines clients assisting with policy inquiries renewals endorsements and coverage recommendations. The ideal candidate is licensed in Property & Casualty fluent in both Spanish and English and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients
Handle policy changes billing inquiries and general service needs
Provide quotes process endorsements and assist with renewals
Review and explain coverages deductibles and policy options
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
Follow up with carriers and clients to ensure timely processing of requests
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell appropriate coverages
Collaborate with producers and fellow team members to ensure high-quality service
Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License (Required)
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Minimum of 12 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management system Applied Epic
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to work in-office full-time Monday through Friday
Full-Time
