We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven with a positive approach to hospitality. In this role you will assist in the execution and leadership of our culinary department.
The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience in leading and developing a culinary team
- Have proven success of consistently executing a high-quality product in a professional atmosphere
- Have a well-rounded background in various restaurant styles with a keen eye for details and exceptional organizational skills.
This is aFull-Timeposition candidates will need full availability including: nights weekends and holidays.
Starting Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - 28.50

What will I be doing
As a Kitchen Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee preparation of food in all areas during assigned shift
- Prepare fish and meats
- Assist and support kitchen team members
- Communicate any challenges to Chef/Sous Chef
- Assists Chef/Sous Chef in overseeing cleanliness and sanitation
- Set up daily specials and happy hour food according to schedule and spaces
- Visually inspect food quality and presentation
- Prepare staff schedules with guidance of Chef/Sous Chef
- Ensure compliance with federal state local and company health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Ensure compliance with federal state local and company food handling and food storage procedures
