- Understanding of Ordering to Delivery System: Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end process.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and negotiate.
- Analytical Capabilities: Good skills in analyzing data and situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools:
- PowerPoint
- MS Excel
- Power Automate
- Desirable Technical Skills:
- Power BI
- Dashboards (creation)
- Alteryx
- Personal Attributes:

Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Order Management: Develop implement and manage robust business processes pertaining to forecasting order management production orders material capacity constraints stability controls and vehicle distribution. This includes close collaboration with Joint Venture teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Coordination: Actively coordinate with Sales Forecasting Programming and Order Submission teams to ensure precise alignment with established business agreements and objectives.
- Program Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including Product Development (PD) Finance Sales Homologation and IT to ensure cohesive execution and alignment of initiatives.
- Meeting Facilitation & Support: Provide essential support and facilitate business meetings as required to ensure productive discussions and decision-making.
- Automation Support & Coordination: Assist Ford teams with automation requests and effectively coordinate with Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDIA) teams for the successful implementation of automation solutions.
