The Opportunity
Were recruiting for a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their welcoming and collaborative team. This firm offers an exceptional blend of high-quality work flexible working arrangements and genuine career development opportunities.
Youll be working with an award-winning Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked private client team handling diverse non-contentious work including wills estate planning powers of attorney trusts and complex probate matters.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters
- Draft wills trusts and lasting powers of attorney
- Advise on inheritance tax planning and estate structuring
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Lead client meetings (with full training support)
- Conduct will reviews and assist with elder client matters
- Support business development activities
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 36 years PQE in Private Client work
- STEP-qualified or working towards qualification (full support provided)
- Proficient with legal technology and case management systems
- Empathetic client-focused approach with excellent communication
- Team player who can work independently
