Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Houston team. This role plays a key part in ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and support. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teamsmanaging communication coordinating projects and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring timely and professional communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports proposals and follow-ups to support client success.
Support the implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
13 years of experience in client service customer relations or administrative support.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
A proactive professional and team-oriented attitude.
