Job Description
Hugos Family Marketplace has immediate opportunities for Full Time Warehouse Associates at our East Grand Forks location.
As a Warehouse Associate at our grocery store you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the warehouse operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Opportunities to grow and advance within the company. Starting at $17.00 to $19.00/hr (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of groceries ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Stocking and organizing inventory in designated storage areas following proper rotation procedures to maintain freshness.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and meet customer demands.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and consistency in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurately counting and recording inventory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification or willingness to obtain certification for operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift pallet jack).
