Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to temporarily support our Customer Service and Orders Entry team during an employees leave. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate order entry and communication across internal and external partners. The ideal candidate puts Customer Service first detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the wine industry while supporting key operational functions. This is fixed term position that will last roughly 6 months.
