Job Title: Contract Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist
Department: Customer Service / Logistics Team
Reports to: Director of Pricing & Compliance
Location: Seattle Washington with some Remote
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract 40 hours per week

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to temporarily support our Customer Service and Orders Entry team during an employees leave. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate order entry and communication across internal and external partners. The ideal candidate puts Customer Service first detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the wine industry while supporting key operational functions. This is fixed term position that will last roughly 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing for several assigned warehouses.
- Inventory transfers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Communicating with buyers and adjusting POs to best fill the orders.
- Posting BOLs for shipped orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.
