nuuds is a fast-growing digitally native womens fashion brand redefining comfort and confidence through elevated everyday essentials. Our mission is to create stylish high-quality wardrobe staples that empower women to feel like themselves bold beautiful and comfortable without compromising on fit or function.

Position Overview:
Were looking for a strategic creative and experienced Director of Social Media to lead nuuds social presence across platforms. This role will own the full social media ecosystem from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution and will be instrumental in driving brand awareness community engagement and revenue growth. You will build and manage a talented in-house team and collaborate closely with Creative Marketing and Product to bring our brand to life online.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand-aligned social media strategy across all key platforms
    • Lead and mentor the social media team; provide strategic direction coaching and performance feedback.
    • Translate brand objectives into data-driven social campaigns that grow community drive engagement and increase conversions.
    • Oversee end-to-end content production from ideation and planning through creation copywriting publishing and optimization.
    • Ensure consistent brand voice visual identity and storytelling across channels.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Photography and Video teams to develop content tailored to each platform.
    • Own the monthly and quarterly social media calendar aligning content with product launches marketing initiatives seasonal moments and cultural trends.
    • Launch and manage multi-channel social campaigns influencer activations and product teasers.
    • Monitor performance metrics and platform analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
    • Identify trends risks and growth opportunities based on KPIs such as engagement follower growth CTR and ROI.

Qualifications

    • 7 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record in leading social strategies for consumer brands.
    • Deep hands-on knowledge of all major social platforms with the ability to adapt to emerging channels and trends.
    • Experience managing and mentoring social media teams.
    • Strong copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling caption writing and brand voice.
    • Proven ability to craft engaging content and lead creative direction with an eye for visual detail.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced data-informed test-and-learn environment.
    • Experience in fashion lifestyle beauty or DTC e-commerce strongly preferred.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with social media tools such as Later Sprout Dash Hudson or similar.
