Starting Wage: $22/HourPart-time to start then can move to increased hours.
Hours:Part-time hours to start shifts may range between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM but an 8-hour shift is not guaranteed.

Looking for:
A flexible energetic caregiver who can support both a teenager and a toddler. The role includes a mix of calm patient engagementsuch as spending time with the teen which may involve sitting and watching video gamesand fast-paced care for a busy toddler.
Must be experienced with children of different ages including diaper changes meal prep and light cleaning. Were looking for someone long-term who is honest kind and capable of adapting to both quiet and high-energy moments.
Part-time hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM with the potential to increase. Shift length may vary 8-hour days are not guaranteed.
Job Description includes providing the following but is not limited to:
- ADL Care: Personal Hygiene Dressing Eating Mobility Continence/Restroom assistance etc.
- Organizing and/or partaking in outings/community events with your member/family.
- Teaching life skills: Helping our members build confidence in their abilities engage in meaningful activities promote social skills cognitive development and physical well-being.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor and document (daily) clients progress and changes in behavior or health.
Our mission is to establish enduring relationships with those we support earning their trust through compassion dependability and the creation of lasting memories.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Have experience with property destruction and redirection tactics.
- Be very patient.
- Be Flexible.
- Be experienced around self-harm and de escalation strategies.
- Be experienced withaggression or physically aggressive behaviors.
- Be able to adapt to fast paced environments
- Own a smartphone or mobile device - Required for clocking in and out.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Hold CPR and First Aid certifications/Willing to obtain upon hire at employee cost.
- 1 years of experience as a: Care provider teachers aide support staff behavior management or similar.
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Be able to pass a background check.
Our members may require transportation to ensure their safety you will be asked to present a valid drivers license and auto insurance upon hire.
