Job Description
Make your mark as a Medior Project Planner at the Global Engineering department of Boskalis Offshore Energy. Our department spearheads a wide range of projects including renewable energy installations and complex marine infrastructure developments. With a diverse array of in- and external stakeholders such as environmental agencies local governments and international partners your role will be foundational to the success of our projects. The Global Engineering department is at the forefront of innovation and excellence ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency.
Your responsibilities as Project Planner
- Set-up and management of the overall scheduling process within a tender or project in line with stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and manage multidisciplinary schedules during the lifecycle of the project covering preparations engineering procurement fabrication transports and installations works.
- Independently answer planning-related questions and issues providing solutions or required information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by signaling relevant industry developments and guiding junior planning engineers.
- Strive for value optimization by processing and analyzing project data reporting on the proposed way forward.
- Proactively identify interfaces opportunities and potential risks within the project providing stakeholders with regular progress updates.
- Participate in probabilistic schedule analysis and support the risk management process where possible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
Your qualities
- A Higher Professional Education (mbo4 hbo or wo) degree with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled user of Primavera and an understanding of planning theory.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of project management (IPMA D or equivalent) and risk management.

- Strong analytical skills and a talent for asking the right questions.
- A flexible attitude: you are stress-resistant and can handle last-minute information and adjustments well.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Extra Information
- Your team: You will be part of the Project & Tender Support team within Offshore Energys Global Engineering department collaborating closely with Risk- & Systems Engineering and Document Control. The Planning team consists of 10 dedicated colleagues.
- Where you will work: We work from our beautiful campus in Papendrecht working partly from home is a possibility.
- Full-time job: The position of Project Planner is a full-time job (40 hours a week).
