Inpatient Bookings - Administration Assistant

Location: Oaks Hospital Colchester

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Depending on experience Benefits

Summary:
Oaks Hospital is one of Essexs leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services.

Located on the outskirts of Colchester the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.

The role:

Oaks Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our Inpatient Bookings team.

You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.


As the Inpatient Bookings Administration Assistant you will have good administration skills and have the ability to organise and prioritise the workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team.

You will need to be a good communicator (with experience face to face and via email letter and telephone) and be able to liaise with staff and patients to the unit at all levels.

The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven customer service skills a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed. You will need to be computer literate including Excel and Word and have an understanding of confidentiality issues.
