Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inspire and manage the catering team to deliver an exceptional food and service experience every day.
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery including food quality presentation staffing compliance and sustainability.
- Maintain a strong client relationship with ASOS stakeholders understanding their culture and aligning catering services with their brand.
- Plan and deliver creative food concepts activations and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting cost control and supplier relationships.
- Ensure all health & safety food hygiene and allergen regulations are strictly followed.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability wellbeing and customer experience.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality leadership role (ideally within a high-volume contract catering or workplace dining environment).
Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving targets.
Inspirational team leader who draws satisfaction from developing training and supporting others.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong influencing and delegation skills.
Highly organised detail-oriented and confident juggling priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
Passionate about food sustainability and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A confident brand ambassador and collaborative client partner.
Strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset and critical reasoning skills.
