Lead and manage classroom lessons in the absence of teaching staff
Maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure student engagement

Cover Supervisor Candidate Requirements:
1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
Strong behaviour management and confident classroom presence
Flexible creative and able to adapt to different subject areas
Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Passionate about education and a desire to go into teacher training
