Working hours: 20 h/week up to 375h/week during lecture free period possible
Youll support the Operations Governance Team with the following tasks:
- Supporting QA sensory experts to execute product compliance activities (sensory FFU legal compliance and benchmarking checks)
- Supporting to manage the sensory facilities e.g. kitchen storage room and sensory rooms
- Maintain quality database/ specification database
- Supporting on reporting/ admin tasks e.g. QA Master data and digital tools (MQuality / EyeQuestion)
- Cross-check and validation of data between different internal systems
- Data collection and analysis with the use of Microsoft Excel / internal IT solutions
- Development and maintenance of training materials
- Support in updating QA documents / procedures
Qualifications :
- Enrolled student or PhD student in food science food chemistry nutrition sciences or food technology
- Computer experienced (MSOffice especially Excel)
- Experience in Product Analysis and Sensory analysis
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time flexible and detail oriented
- Self-directed with ability to ask questions investigate and follow-up
- Team orientation
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
