Arborist Supervisor

Penrith Full-time $80000$90000 super

Join Muru Mittigar a Dharug-led social enterprise and help grow a culturally safe environmentally sustainable Arborist business unit making a real impact in our communities.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arborist Supervisor to lead and grow our Arborist services at Muru Mittigar. This role will oversee the development and daily operations of the Arborist business unit lead a small team and deliver high-quality AQF 5 Arborist Tree Reports for our clients.

You will drive sales and business development manage project delivery and contribute to a values-driven team supporting meaningful employment pathways for Aboriginal people.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and grow the Arborist business unit ensuring high-quality safe and compliant operations.

Undertake sales and business development activities including client engagement quoting and tender preparation.

Prepare and deliver AQF 5 Arborist Tree Reports.

Lead supervise and mentor the Arborist operations team.

Contribute to efficient scheduling resourcing and project delivery.

You will bring:

AQF 5 (Diploma) in Arboriculture or higher.

5 years industry experience in arboriculture.

Proven sales and business development experience within arboriculture or environmental services.

Strong operations and team leadership experience.

Excellent MS Office skills and ability to prepare clear professional reports.
