Job Description
Job Duties
- Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provides information with regards to property and events within the casino and hotel.
- Orient guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available in the room including the operation of air conditioning unit television and other special features provided.
- Coordinates all bus and junket luggage delivery and pickup.
- Provides prompt courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- Promotes positive guest relations.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experienced preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations as well as company internal controls policies and procedures.
