The pay for this position starts at $21.70/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.74/hour.
This position is located in Rutland MA.
The available schedule for this position is Wenesday-Saturday; 1pm - 11pm.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereuxs Gate House program serves males 14-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio this program is focused on increasing independence coping and social skills and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux.
As an Assistant Program Manager you will:
- Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
- Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.
- Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
- Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license required.
- Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
- 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders complex post-traumatic stress disorder co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
- One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire.
Schedule:
- 2 weeks New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM in Rutland MA
- Sunday - Wednesday: 1pm - 11pm
