Alvarado TX
$20 per hour (DOE)
MonFri 8AM5PM Lots of OT (1020 hrs/week)
Are you bilingual in English & Spanish and ready to grow into a leadership role Were looking for amotivated organized and energeticProduction Coordinator to join aPrecast Concrete Manufacturing/Constructionteam!
What Youll Do:
Support Production Managers & Leads
Help coordinate schedules & workflows
Monitor safety efficiency & quality
Contribute to training & improvement efforts
Be the bridge between production and other departments
What Were Looking For:
13 years in manufacturing or construction
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to grow and lead
Microsoft Office & ERP knowledge
Clean background
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ahuge plus!
Degree in Industrial Tech Manufacturing or related field is preferred but not required.
