YOU DAY AS OUR BREMERTON HOME CARE SUPERVISOR - Kitsap County Scheduler;
As our Bremerton Home Care Supervisor - Scheduler your days are a beautiful blend of organization empathy and teamwork. Youre the master of schedules ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve precisely when they need it. You thrive in creating a supportive environment for our caregivers empowering them to provide exceptional care with compassion and dignity. With each task you complete youre not just ticking boxes; youre making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. Apply REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma GED or foreign equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to satisfactorily pass criminal history and reference checks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college
- Experience providing services to the elderly and/or people with disabilities
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
