St. Marys High School is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Principal for Students. This is a full-time twelve-month administrative position to begin August 2025. Applicants must be Catholic and pursuing an active faith life. A successful candidate will demonstrate the skills required to work collaboratively with and among a dynamic community of faculty and administrators ministering to the educational enrichment and whole-person development of five hundred young men and women preparing for college and professional careers.
The Assistant Principal for Students is responsible for planning coordinating services and maintaining order. This position includes consulting with the principal and administrative team administering the schools mission and priorities and implementing school programs and activities. Among other things the assistant principal will oversee the schools clubs program; order textbooks equipment and supplies; communicate with colleagues teachers parents and students; and supervise the schools buses. To maintain order in schools the assistant principal will monitor classrooms enforce school policies and discipline students. Previous administrative experience preferred. A Masters degree preferred.

Pay Range: $80000 - $95000 Annualized
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location skills education experience for this role and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus which is determined upon company and individual performance.
