As a Banquet Server youll be part of a dynamic team that brings events to lifefrom elegant weddings to corporate galas. Youll play a key role in delivering seamless service personalized hospitality and memorable experiences for every guest every time.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming and attentive atmosphere
  • Serving food and beverages with efficiency care and attention to presentation
  • Communicating clearly with kitchen staff to accommodate dietary needs and special requests
  • Learning and understanding the details of each events menu and service plan
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event by being attentive proactive and responsive
  • Clearing tables resetting as needed and maintaining clean and organized service areas
  • Supporting your team with side duties such as preparing service stations and restocking supplies
  • Taking direction from the Banquet Captain or Supervisor to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Demonstrating sound judgment professionalism and leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team culture focused on excellence
  • Helping to create extraordinary memories for guests celebrating lifes most important moments
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support banquet operations

  • Experience in banquet or high volume service environments

  • Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced high-pressure situations
  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Leadership skills and the ability to support or supervise a team when needed
  • A polished professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and event-based hours
  • A positive attitude reliability and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
