Job Description
Sourcing Specialist
5 Months W2 Contract
San Jose CA (Hybrid)
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Lead marketing sourcing projects
- Liaise with internal team finance and suppliers for sourcing project execution
- Oversee contract obligations
- Develop and coordinate RFx activity
- Liaise with Legal for risk mitigation
- Report progress weekly
- Drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the strategic direction of sourcing/procurement initiatives
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- A bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or similar (preference: MBA or JD)
- 3-6 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in marketing or indirect services
- Market knowledge of marketing contracting trends
- Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles
- Excellent emotional intelligence growth mentality
- Mastery of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BI reporting and spend analysis
- High attention to detail exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize and present complex matters
- Willingness to train and educate users and effective workload management

- Additional certification on supply chain or procurement space is a plus
Pay Range:
$46.00 - $50.70/hour
