Job Description
John Paul College Frankston is a Catholic co-educational secondary school with a rich heritage in the traditions of the FCJ sisters and the Marianists. The College is currently seeking applications from engaging and passionate Voice / Singing Teachers who will provide private and group tuition to our students from Years 7 to 12. The position is approximately 1 day per week (9.00am - 3pm) with the potential to grow throughout the year and would commence as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant voice / music qualifications and or experience in teaching or tutoring
- Experience preparing students for performance opportunities
- The ability to engage and inspire students in the extra-curricular music program
- The ability to work effectively with students parents and staff
- The ability to invoice parents directly
- A current and valid Working with Children Check
Please note this position is a contractor role and not classified as an employee of John Paul College. The successful candidate must have the ability to liaise directly with parents and invoice them for lessons.
