About The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Business Integrity team overseeing Asset Management across our PPP (Public Private Partnerships) contracts. The position is responsible for providing corporate governance guidance and support to the operations across the contracts.
This includes ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations and continuously improving our asset management methodologies to enhance our maintenance service delivery for our valued customers. The role will be required to work out of the office at Hopkins Correctional Facility at least three times per week. Accommodation and travel costs will be covered.
Nature of the position: Permanent Full Time
Location: Ararat VIC at least three times per week.
Reporting Line: Strategic Reliability Asset Manager
Key Responsibilities
About You
To be successful in this role preferably you will have a solid background in engineering with experience in operational asset management with excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making capabilities. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
