Were looking for a detail-oriented and advancement-driven Project Engineer with 510 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry. Youll play a key role in the planning and design of critical municipal infrastructure projects including sewershed studies rehabilitation work water distribution systems pump stations and treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multiple water and wastewater projects simultaneously from concept through construction.
- Perform design calculations and use design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit and ArcGIS.
- Prepare reports technical specifications construction cost estimates and engineering drawings.
- Analyze maps surveys blueprints geologic data and site conditions to inform designs.
- Identify and resolve collection/distribution system deficiencies and develop effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in field investigations and site visits as needed.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings; assist with meeting documentation.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements safety standards and client specifications.
- Guide junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Review designs to ensure quality accuracy and compliance with the Project Management Plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Environmental Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- 510 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit ArcGIS MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
