Job Description
About the Role:
As an Imaging Service Engineer II (ISE II) youll play a vital role in maintaining repairing and calibrating a variety of imaging systems in a hospital setting. Youll be responsible for supporting Cath Lab C-arm Ultrasound and other diagnostic imaging equipment. Your expertise ensures our clinical teams can deliver safe and efficient patient care every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect troubleshoot repair and calibrate a broad range of diagnostic imaging equipment and devices
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
- Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Manage parts procurement and service budget as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in imaging equipment service and repair
- Strong working knowledge of Cath Lab C-arm and Ultrasound systems
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication customer service and time management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while managing multiple service requests
