Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve day-to-day office administration and HR functions.
Manage payroll benefits onboarding and employee compliance.
Maintain and organize employee records and ensure process accuracy.
Handle frequent inbound phone inquiries from employees with professionalism and clarity.
Take ownership of tasks resolve issues independently and maintain operational flow without constant supervision.
Support leadership in building a positive engaged and compliant workplace culture.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in internal processes and team support.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
3 years experience in office management and HR generalist functions.
Proficiency with Rippling HR platform is required.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.
High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal communication skills especially phone etiquette.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative mission-driven environment.
Passion for creating a supportive people-first workplace culture.
