POSITION SUMMARY

The Employee Experience and Engagement team at Peckham works to help employees have a positive experience by being engaged in their work. Peckham is looking for a student interested in learning all about Human Resources and engaging employees. This internship will assist with various projects and daily tasks related to talent development training and recruiting. This internship will also provide the student with hands on experience in human resources management time management building relationships communications and process improvement. This internship would be for 20 hours per week for the Fall of 2025 with possibility for extension.
