Job Description

  • Educational & Certification Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

    • MMUP accreditation is an advantage

    • IRCA (or equivalent) certified Lead Auditor preferred

    Experience

    • Minimum 10 years overall experience preferably in the oil and gas industry

    • At least 5 years in Quality Control & Assurance

    • Experience with contractors vendors and manufacturers in inspection/testing roles

  • Technical & Management Systems Expertise

    • Proficient in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 QCS2014 BS ACI standards

    • Experienced in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS)

    • Skilled in statistics data analysis and reporting

  • Core Responsibilities

    • Conduct audits inspections and manage QMS across all project phases

    • Prepare and review key QA/QC documentation (PQP ITP MST MIR WIR MAS PQD NCRs etc.)

    • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in QA/QC procedures

  • Other Key Competencies

    • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

    • Willing to work in locations like Doha or Ras Laffan

    • Familiar with documentation and reporting standards in construction QA/QC
