Job Summary:
The Beauty Adviser is responsible for providing personalized beauty advice and excellent customer service to promote and sell skincare cosmetics and beauty products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable beauty products
- Provide product knowledge and beauty tips based on customer needs
- Demonstrate proper usage of products through mini makeovers or samples
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well-organized
- Achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge
- Support in-store promotions and events
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Main Requirements:
