Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess HVAC systems and identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Develop HVAC design concepts and specifications in coordination with project teams and clients
- Review and approve HVAC designs and drawings prepared by contractors and consultants
- Monitor HVAC installation activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections of HVAC systems and equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC systems during construction and operation phases
- Collaborate with project teams to develop HVAC commissioning plans and oversee commissioning activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to ensure best practices are implemented in projects
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training as needed
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Travel to project sites within the MENA and Europe regions as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC design installation and commissioning
- Experience working on projects in the MENA and/or Europe regions
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards
- Proficient in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD Revit and HAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
