Customer Service German Speakers (Remote in Greece or Relocation Support)
Location: Greece (Athens-based or Remote depending on project)
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: No experience required Paid training provided
Languages: German (C2/native) Basic English (B1)

Were hiring motivated Customer Support Representatives for one of Europes top outsourcing companies. Join a dynamic international team and assist customers via phone email or chat.
What Youll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries about products or services
- Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate via phone email or chat
- Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate record keeping
- Collaborate with team leads and technical departments as needed
What You Bring:
- Fluent German (C2/native level)
- Basic English (B1 or above)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused and friendly attitude
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (40h/week 2 days off)
- Valid EU work permit or passport
