Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions including sourcing bidding and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurement
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local and international laws and regulations
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors and evaluate their capabilities and pricing
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation including purchase orders contracts and supplier agreements
- Assist with contract negotiations and manage contract changes and amendments
- Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to project managers and senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
- Work experience of 8years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
