Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical / Piping) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commissioning plans procedures and schedules for mechanical and piping systems on projects in MENA and Europe
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure timely and successful completion of commissioning activities
- Conduct site inspections and testing to verify that mechanical and piping systems are installed and functioning correctly
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning process
- Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for client approval
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and contractors on commissioning-related matters
- Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and standards during the commissioning process
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on commissioning progress
- Travel to project sites in MENA and Europe as needed to oversee commissioning activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning mechanical and piping systems
- Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
